"EigenLayer his been hit by criticism after it was revealed that staking rewards received by early investors are not restricted by token lock-ups. The situation echoes Celestia's token launch, which was followed by a 75% plunge as investors could sell staking rewards. The EIGEN token initially rose to $4.39 and has since slumped by more than 20% to $3.57."

Kalshi wins in US court of appeal to restart election betting
"A U.S. federal appeals court on Wednesday upheld a lower court's order that permitted New York derivatives trading platform KalshiEX LLC to list contracts that allow Americans to bet on election outcomes. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, KalshiEX's regulator, did not show how the agency or the public interest would be harmed by KalshiEX's "event" contracts, as it had argued. The CFTC declined to comment."

probably something between $200-$300k working capital largely passive allocation, exception being blast which was a bit more hands on
new goal: $1M from airdrops/yield in 24/25
eyeing up blast, abstract, ethena integrations, symbiotic, + nft lending
